Great customer service.
We were in need of a new truck and I was watching for a good quality, lower mileage f350 online. The price was a "must go" special and I had a hail damaged vehicle, so I was expecting them to get their money back somehow. Instead they gave me the value I was expecting from the trade in. So the numbers worked fine. I also want to commend Jeff Frieze (the Freezer) and Bill Young on a good sales experience. I didn't push on price and they didn't push on getting a sale, so all was good. Since I also needed a 5th wheel hitch, they got me in contact with Hitch-It, which also turned out great. The only pain was the cost of an f350 diesel these days but that's not the fault of the dealer.
Brought in my new Edge for first oil change and checkup. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service. Nice waiting area. Happiness all around!

Anderson & Koch Ford does a great job. The only complaint I have is that after any service you have done, it would be nice to have a courtesy car wash.
