I just picked up a dish washer from Karl's. We have always had a great experience at this store. We bought a house with older appliances and have replaced them over time. We have purchased our washer and drier, dish washer, stove, microwave, fridge, Weber grill, and vacuum from them. All of the purchase experiences have gone well. They do not do repairs themselves however, we did at one time need some help with our stove and they referred us to a repair person in the area who did a good job. I highly recommend them! Their prices are competitive and their service is great!

I'm sitting here this morning looking for appliances to bring to our new cabin this weekend. I like buying local so I Google local, then I run across this set of reviews. Now it may not be fair to Karls but for me to go there and purchase a stove, fridge and a micro seems pretty risky. Sorry Karls, but service is where your business starts, anyone can sell appliances but only you can show appreciation for us buying local.

Addition: Here we are 3 days later and still nothing. We contacted Karl's on Wednesday and were told that we would receive a call for someone to come out and look but 48 hours later, still no call. Your staff has both mine and my husband's phone numbers. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I had to spend several hours and over $50 at the laundry mat so that my family would finally have clean clothes.
How many days can a household of 7 go without doing laundry? Karl's service has challenged us to find out. Our under-warranty dryer has been "fixed" 4 times in the last couple of weeks, without ever working! Not only does the technician fail to fix the problem, but he cannot show up when scheduled or communicate with us if he isn't going to be around when he originally says he will be. Saying you will be there and not showing up or calling is wonderful for those with busy work/life schedules (again, household of 7). Very upset with the lack of service provided by this business. Still don't have a working dryer, still determining how long we can go without doing laundry as well as how many more hours we will have to miss from work for appointments where nobody shows up.
