Very irritating to go pick up your sectional and get it home to find out that a simple yet crucial part of the couch to keep the two together is missing. Then to be told that they have to order a part and it will take 2-4 weeks. Service dept was also short and irritating. Not happy with overall service
Super friendly not pushing me to buy
Love Slumberland! Had a fire and had to replace my furniture and beds. The were wonderful to work with! They made a mistake on one of my orders, and gave me the missing item for free!!! Ashley would NEVER do that! In fact, I had to fight with Ashley to refund my money back to my credit card after I came back and paid cash, both receipt in hand!
Will be buying more from Slumberland after Christmas!!!! WHOOHOOO!!!
